Shipping policy

Orders ship via UPS ground from our NJ warehouse. Products will ship within one business day.

Products ordered by 2pm Eastern will ship the same business day. If ordered after that time, we will make every effort to ship it out the same day, however it may ship the next business day. Tracking will be uploaded when the item is ready to ship

UPS tracking numbers will be e-mailed to you once the order has been prepped and is waiting on our dock for pickup.  UPS ground shipping time ranges from 1-5 business days depending on your geographic location.

Expedited shipping option are available at checkout. The cost of shipping, and the expedited services are determined by the shipping carrier.

Please note, we have recently added Shipping to Canada. We were hesitant to do this because there are only 2 ways to deal with customs and duty fees. Either we cover the fees, or the customer has to pay them. In the first case, we could end up losing money, because the fees are not always predictable, or we could have it billed to the customer, who may not be expecting it, and might be unpleasantly surprised by it.

For this reason, we have not shipped to Canada until now, but due to strong demand, we are now offering shipping to Canada. We do not offer free shipping to Canada, and the buyer is responsible for customs and duty fees which will be collected./ billed by the carrier
