Ordering and delivery

What Payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. To pay by credit card, fill out the information in the checkout page and you will then be prompted to add credit card information.

Quick Pay options allow you to bypass the checkout pages. We accept Paypal, Google Pay and Apple Pay for quick checkout options

How much is shipping?

Shipping to the Contiguous United States is free of charge. We do offer expedited next day air and 2nd day air options, although before paying a premium for that service consult are FAQ regarding ship time, as in some areas of the country, UPS Ground will deliver next t day or 2nd day at no additional cost.

Alaska and Hawaii: Unfortunately, due to cost, we are unable to offer free shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. The cost of shipping will be calculated at checkout. We offer an option of UPS or USPS, often USPS is cheaper to these locations.

Canada: We do not offer shipping to Canada, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Additionally, there are customs and tariff fees which maybe charged to the customer by the carrier prior to them delivering the item.

International Buyers:  All of our products come with North American Plugs. Many of our items are dual volatage and when used in conjuction with a plug adaptor. We do not offer free shipping internationally, and by default, do not offer shipping to other countries at checkout. If you are an international customer, contact us via our contact form prior to placing an order.

 

 

 

When will my order arrive

Often, we ship orders the same day they are received (generally, if placed by 3pm Eastern). Otherwise, your order will ship the next business day. All orders ship from our New Jersey warehouse. For UPS Ground transit times, see the chart for reference.

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend creating an account to allow you to more easily check your order progress and history

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at sales@libertysprayers.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

How do I cancel my order?

We proccess orders quickly, so they can receive it quickly. If you do want to cancel or alter an order soon after placing it, contact us immediately. Once the order is proccessed, it will be treated as a return

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to the U.S. and Canada (shipments to Canada do not qualify for free shipping and additional customs and tarrif fees apply). For all other international customers, contact us prior to placing an order

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

Returns

All items we sell are inspected and tested (where possible), before shipping. All product descriptions are accurate, and videos showing the product are often provided, allowing our customers to make educated purchases, and avoid surprises upon receipt.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Shipping costs both to and from the customers will be deducted from the refund and a 20% restocking fee will be assessed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@LibertySprayers.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How do I return an item?

Please contact our customer service team via help@libertysprayers.com. Providing the return is within the 14-day cancellation period and meets our return criteria, we will issue you with a return note by email. You need to print this off and attach it to the packaging of the product when returning it to us. You will need to arrange and pay for suitable packaging when returning an item.
